The effects of local ozone therapy on your body:

  • It has a strong disinfectant effect, and can also be used to treat MRSA skin infections.
  • For migraine and back pain, subcutaneous injections with ozone/oxygen triggers and physiologically active points are being used.
  • Esophagitis, gastritis, Helicobacter pylori infections, duodenal ulcers, ulcerative colitis, diarrhea, and vulvovaginitis are among the gastro-intestinal and gynecological disorders that ozonated water is used to treat.
  • In stomatological practice, ozonated water is used as a gargarism (mouthwash) to disinfect the oral cavity in paradontosis, stomatitis, mouth ulcers, and other conditions.
  • In otolaryngology, nasal irrigation with ozonated water is also used.
  • Leg ulcers, gangrene, fungal infections, burns, and slow-healing wounds are the most common conditions for which ozone bagging is used.
  • Sinusitis and temporomandibular joint dysfunction are treated by ozone ear insufflation.
  • For fungal and bacterial infections, burns, and skin lesions, oil and ozonized lotions are used topically.
